decorated the Adult Daycare Center at Jefferson Area Board for Aging
and then danced the afternoon away.

Squibb volunteers helped Jefferson Area Board for Aging senior
center members create bird feeders and then spent the rest of the morning
playing bingo.

by Marriott at University Medical Center and University
of Virginia volunteers participated with students in P.E. classes,
helped teachers in the classroom, read with students and more.

volunteers played cards, ball games, bingo and more with residents at
Morningside Assisted Living.
Thirty volunteers
from the University of Virginia Community Credit Union,
Martha Jefferson Hospital and the University
of Virginia were lunch buddies a Stone-Robinson Elementary
School. They provided students with so epositive adult companionship.
Volunteers
from Blue Ridge Mountain Rotary Club and GE
Fanuc spent the day with WorkSource Enterprises clients (adults
with mental retardation). They played various indoor and outdoor games,
did arts and crafts activities and can be seen above singing some karaoke!
Volunteers from Virginia
National Bank and Adams & Garth Staffing
went on a field trip to Greenleaf Park with preschool children from
the Salvation Army child care center.

volunteer from Crutchfield serenaded an Arc of the
Piedmont client while on a picnic to Pen Park.
Morningside Assisted
Living residents enjoyed a "Ladies Day at the Spa" when University
of Virginia volunteers arrived on the scene to treat them to
pedicures and manicures.
